Ex líder libio Muammar Gaddafi está muerto 

El ex líder libio, Muammar Gaddafi, está muerto tras sufrir heridas cuando combatientes superaron a su ciudad natal de Sirte, Libia después de una batalla de ocho meses para la democracia en Libia, informó Arab Detroit.

Video documentando el asesinato de Gaddafi ha sido lanzada en Al Jazeera y otros medios de prensa, dice el informe de noticias.

De acuerdo con el informe de noticias, Gaddafi, querido por la Corte Penal Internacional, acusado de ordenar el asesinato de civiles, fue derrocado por las fuerzas rebeldes el 23 de agosto, tras 42 años de gobierno unipersonal.

“Su asesinato es el más dramático desarrollo único en las revueltas árabes que sacaron a los gobernantes de Egipto y Túnez y amenazó el control del poder de los líderes de Siria y Yemen”, dice el informe de noticias.

Video documenting Gaddafi’s killing has been released on Al Jazeera and other news media, the news report says.

According to the news report, Gaddafi, wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges of ordering the killing of civilians, was toppled by rebel forces on August 23 after 42 years of one-man rule.

“His killing is the most dramatic single development in the Arab Spring revolts that have unseated rulers in Egypt and Tunisia and threatened the grip on power of the leaders of Syria and Yemen,” the news report says.
