1. ¿ De dónde eres y cuánto tiempo tienes de vivir aquí?

       Soy de San Juan, Puerto Rico y hace cuatro años me mudé para Louisiana.

2. ¿ Que es lo que más te gusta de NOLA?

   Su gente,comida,música y por su puesto los Saints.

3.  ¿Qué o quién te inspira?

       Dios,mi familia y mi trabajo.

4. ¿Qué haces para relajarte?

 Me gusta pasear en bote con mi familia y visitar lugares turísticos.

5. ¿Qué significa el cuidado de la salud para ti?

 La prioridad más importante por que nos permite disfrutar una mejor calidad de vida.

6. ¿Qué título tienes en Peoples Health y cuál es tu objetivo?

Mi posición es Gerente de Mercados Especiales y mi mayor objetivo es

orientar y dar servicio a la comunidad Latina en NOLA.

7. ¿Cómo esta Peoples Health sirviendo a la comunidad hispana?

Peoples Health está al servicio de la comunidad hispana con

comunicación en español a través de servicios de salud,como

 enfermeras, trabajadores sociales,servicio al cliente,a través de su

 publicidad y material impreso en español y contratando personal bilingüe  

       para proporcionar asistencia a los afiliados.

8. ¿Cómo pueden las personas informarse más acerca de la importancia de la atención medica?

      La gente puede obtener mas información visitando regularmente a su

      Medico primario,haciéndose las pruebas regulares y por supuesto 

      manteniendo una dieta saludable.

9. ¿ Que es lo que más te gusta de tu trabajo?

  Visitar a las personas en sus hogares y orientarlos sobre sus opciones de

  Medicare.

10. ¿Donde te ves entre cinco años?

    En cinco años proyecto que al menos el 10% de nuestros afiliados

    sean  hispano y que también veamos un aumento en el número de   

    empleados bilingües en Peoples Health.

1. Where are you from and how long have you lived here?

           I am from San Juan,Puerto Rico and foue years ago I moved to Louisiana.

2. What do you enjoy most about NOLA?

The people, food,music and of course the Saints.

3. What or who inspires you?

      God, my family and my work.

4. What do you      do to relax?

             I enjoy boating with my family and visiting tourist sites.

5. What does healthcare mean to you?

      It means the most important priority because it allows us to enjoy a better quality of life.

6. What title do you hold at Peoples Health and what is your main      objective there?

      My title is Special Markets Manager and my main objective is to guide

     and serve the Latino community in NOLA.

7. How is Peoples Health catering to the Hispanic community?

      Peoples Health is serving the Hispanic community with Spanish-language communication through health services such as nurses, social workers,customer service,and through its advertising and printed materials in Spanish and recruiting bilingual staff to provide assistance to members.

8. How can people educate themselves more about the importance of      healthcare?

      People can gain more information by visiting regularly with their primary care physician,by getting their regularly scheduled screenings and of course by maintaining a healthy diet.

9. What do you enjoy most about your job?

            Visiting with people in their homes and educating them on their Medicare options.

10. Where do you see yourself in five years?

      In five years I project that at least 10% of our members will be Hispanic

      and that we  will also see an increase in the numbers of  Peoples Health

      bilingual employees.
